Susan Hess: is a therapeutic herbalist, educator and proprietress of Still Room at Pitch Pines in Mays Landing, NJ. From 1997 to 2017 Susan created teaching gardens, fine handcrafted herbal products and a welcoming herbal education to many in Chester County, Pennsylvania at Farm at Coventry. Susan's 'Homestead Herbalism' foundation course is celebrating its eighteenth year and has set loose hundreds of 'Homestead Herbalists' out into the natural world.
